It was interesting to see this plant floating on water, and then a stream of water apparently flowing above the plant (note the ripples).
Werrikimbe NP: The Racecourse
There’s a large untreed area within Werrikimbe National Park named “The Racecourse”. As far as I know it’s never been used to race horses. It was, however, a swamp – drained over a century ago.
How large? The white spot in the centre of the photograph is Bob’s shirt.
