We’ve had our share of Australian fauna come to visit around the house over the years, but this was the first quoll I’ve seen. I went to collect the dogs from their large yard for the morning walk, when I found them paying close attention to this visitor – it was sitting atop a branch in a tree inside the dog yard.
After duly photographing the quoll, which I presume to be a tiger quoll, we went for a walk. It had gone by the time we returned.
