Lunch, Christmas Day

Is it already one week since Christmas! and here I am only now getting around to posting my favourite Christmas Lunch fare. It was a stay-at-home Christmas this year and my request for lunch was “fish and chips”. It’s a simple but very pleasant meal (especially if it’s to be had on a hot Australian summer’s day).

Atlantic Salmon (from Tasmania), oven-baked chips, green salad with a light honey-mustard dressing, and washed down with chilled Moët & Chandon Champagne.
