
A Sturt pea, or Sturt’s Desert Pea, at the side of a track at Arkaroola. It’s the floral emblem of South Australia.

Whilst up at Exmouth, WA a few years ago I was lucky enough to come across a patch of Sturt Pea that is an unusual variant though common locally.
