Outback 2009: Fogartys Claypan

I had a free afternoon so I headed north towards the border between South Australia and the Northern Territory knowing, though, that I would only have time to get a hundred or so kilometres up the track.

This photograph was taken on Fogartys Claypan as I headed towards the Mt. Sarah turnoff. The Simpson Desert begins approximately 150 kilometres (90 miles) to the east of here.
