Outback 2009: Lyndhurst

At the southern end of the Strzelecki Track sits the small town of Lyndhurst (population 23; map). This is also where the Old Ghan railway line used to pass through (map). This photograph shows Lyndhurst (the small collection of buildings in the background), and the course of the old railway track from left to right in the foreground.
