
In the midst of the bush, and not on a (current) made track, we came across this mystery. Who cut a chunk out of this tree, and why? It had been done with a chainsaw, and, perhaps, an adze. It’s not the usual style of blazing done by a surveyor to mark a survey point, so what happened here?.
