Just for a change we headed east from home, towards the coast, on a day trip to Bellingen where, amongst other places, we visited the craft shops at the Old Butter Factory. Being at a lower elevation Bellingen has a warmer climate than Armidale – this is great in winter but makes for sticky, humid, summer days for us mountain dwellers.
