The view from the bridge

The view from the bridge in yesterday’s photograph. Nice and tranquil. And green. I’m not used to everything looking so green.

Don’t worry about the greenness of your photo. A photo comp judge once told me that my picture was too green. It was tree ferns, so it couldn’t be anything other than green.

I’ve crossed this bridge many times driving back to Kempsey but never considered now lush it would be – the forest around there is otherwise dry eucalypt I think. And the poor old bridge! So far from anything much that it seems fairly well long forgotten.
