Halls Peak and track

20080210-12-55-38.jpg

The purpose of this otherwise low interest photograph is to document Halls Peak and, in the lower left hand quadrant, the vertical 4-wheel-drive track which has been recently upgraded by the National Parks and Wildlife Service to give day-users and campers road-access to the Chandler River and environs in Oxley Wild Rivers National Park on a fee-for-service basis.

Great photo! The track looks unrealistically steep in that! It’s a nice camp ground down there, but the track is for experienced drivers, especially with top heavy 4×4′s
