
This photograph was taken using the camera lens at 380 mm zoom. We were actually a fair distance away from, and above, these paddlers on the Chandler River. We had reached the river ourselves and were having a snack before they caught up to us. Several other canoes and kayaks past us by. The river was slightly too low for them for paddle in comfort and most of the boats scraped and rattled over the boulders on the river bed.
