Tia Falls gorge

Tia Falls

A little bit further from home than the local gorges we explore, are the Tia Falls south of Walcha. The falls themselves are a series of smaller falls and sit at the head of this magnificent gorge system. The early morning light makes for challenging photography with the full range of bright sunlit slopes, to deep sunless gullies.
