We don’t see many Koalas around the block – this is only the second in 6 years. That’s not to say that they don’t visit more frequently, just that we don’t see them. This one was hard enough to spot in the first place, then all but impossible to get a clear shot given that he was about 20 or more metres up in the gum tree, and, because of the strong wind today, swaying around on the top branches and in and out of view behind other branches.

Nice picture, I never knew koala´s to be so big! Do they cause harm or trouble when they come so close to your home?
