Arkaroola east to Lake Frome

Arkaroola east to Frome

Looking east from Arkaroola towards Lake Frome. The lake can be seen (just) as that thin white horizontal line at the centre and right on the horizon. Frome is an endorheic lake – this means that any water that falls from rain stays there. In many cases what’s left is a salt lake (thus the thin white line).
