
After an unusually wet spring, the grasses are still lush and green, and are well on their way towards setting seed. Here. the late afternoon sun highlights the seed heads, and the breeze has them all leaning towards the east.
… of course, this could all turn into a huge fire risk if the weather should now turn hot and dry over the next few summer months.
