A more detailed view of the moon than we would normally see with the naked eye (it’s not really the dark side – we don’t see that from Earth).

This image started life as a part of a larger frame. I took a 100% crop from the original, and did some work on it with Photoshop to emphasise the grain, increased the contrast, and added saturation.
It records a late afternoon storm – though it had lots of promise, there was little action.
