If you squint appropriately at this image, and apply a modicum of imagination, you’ll see that it snowed again this morning. It was quite unexpected – the weather forecast said “a shower or two”. It had passed through my mind, as I walked the dogs in the rain at 6:40am, that if it were only a couple of degrees colder, it would be cold enough for snow – and then it happened. The temperature dropped.
