Leaving on a slow train

The 9am “Explorer” departs Armidale bound for Sydney (and many points in between). It takes a bit over 8 hours to reach Central Station. About the same time as it did 100 years ago.

    do you have any old pics of armidale railways during the time 1900 to 1920 and how can i find out more about my grandfather and father who both worked for the railways up until 1930s
