There’s a tree not far from the house that bees have made a home in. They don’t usually worry me when I go for a look – but today they seemed a bit edgy.
[I was using my 21-year old Nikkor 80-210mm nothing-automatic-whatsoever lens and was actually 4 or 5 metres from the tree (hence not thinking to try the flash), so the bees are illuminated by natural light only.]
